Carolyn’s background in small business development and accounting gives her tax practice a solid footing in both individual and business taxation.
Prior to joining Deb at Solano Avenue Tax, she developed, owned and profitably sold several bakeries, the last transitioning to a successful worker-owned cooperative in 2017. Carolyn has taught business planning and financial accounting to businesses and individuals for over a decade. Deb and Carolyn met to manage LLC tax reporting during Carolyn’s bakery days, and that happy collaboration led her to join Solano Avenue Tax in 2021. She is a fully credentialed Enrolled Agent with her own practice, based in both Oregon and California.
